Paul has been practicing for 40 years. He established Paul Pearce Limited in 1999, starting off in the McDonald’s building on The Square. His vision and leadership have been the driving forces behind the firm’s growth and success.

Jess has been part of our story since 2003. Starting out in an admin role, she worked her way up and is now a Chartered Accountant, bringing expertise and a personal touch to her work.
Jessica Culshaw
Anna joined us in mid-2024 as our office manager. With a solid background in office administration, Anna ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
